C.O.P.S. Monitoring is a U.L. Listed, FM Approved, IQ Certified central station that has been providing alarm monitoring services since 1978. Today, we render these services to more than 2,200 independent alarm dealers who represent nearly 400,000 accounts nationwide.

C.O.P.S. operates four separate redundant central station facilities, which are located in Williamstown, NJ, (U.L. File # S5087) Scottsdale, AZ, (U.L. File # S5087-2) Grapevine, TX, and Boca Raton, FL (U.L. File # S5087-3).

The name C.O.P.S. was originally chosen in honor of the Constable On Patrol, a well respected and ever present neighborhood figure back at the turn of the century. With C.O.P.S. Monitoring, you are assured of that same old-fashioned service combined with today's state-of-the-art technology.

Provides subscribers with radio back-up coverage to their phone lines

Subscriber Access
Allows subscribers to access their own information from anywhere they have web access (fully encrypted and PC protected).

Two-Way Voice
Instead of speaking on a telephone when verifying alarms, we communicate through a speaker and/or a microphone installed in the premises.

UpLink
Provides subscribers with digital cellular alarm reporting as a back-up to their phone lines.
