Is there a false alarm regulation in my county?   If yes will you have that paperwork to fill out? IF YOU DO WE WILL FILL IT OUT WITH YOU.  
What is the normal response time from the Central Station? 15.48 SECONDS  
Will the alarm system be compatible with other monitoring companies if I leave the company after the monitoring agreement is up? YES, DLA WILL NOT LOCK OUT YOUR SYSTEM.  
Is your Company and installers insured? YES  
Will my system be hardwired or wireless? DLA OFFERS BOTH SYSTEMS  
Will I be properly trained on all alarm aspects including what to do if I set it off by mistake? YES
