By adding a Cash Register Text Inserter a retail manager or owner can get a complete picture of cashier activity to minimize shrink and increase profits. All transactions are superimposed onto corresponding video of the cashier, customer, cash register/POS and products. The system also enables pinpointing of questionable activity such as sweetheart discounts, two for one deals, and flagged transactions including VOIDs and NO SALEs—reducing the time spent on reviewing video from hours to minutes.
